Upload e-file Application Summary

Before you can upload your e-file summary, you need to provide your email address.

As a new customer, A one-time verification process is required for each EFIN used in your office. Please submit a copy of your IRS e-file Application Summary showing a status of "Completed."

  1. Sign in to your IRS e-Services account.
  2. Choose your organization from the list provided and click Submit.
  3. Click the View/Edit Icon to access your existing application.
  4. Be sure that you are on the Application Summary Section at the top.
  5. Check that the Application Status at the top right shows "Completed".
  6. Click the Print Summary link at the top right.
  7. Save the document as a PDF to your computer.
  8. Enter your email above in order to be taken to the page where you can upload the Summary.
